Concordat filings and court decisions must be accompanied by official documents — gazette references, judgment uploads. You cannot simply allege; you must prove.
A single member cannot make a company appear on a "non-paying" list. Three independent members must file the same company before the report becomes visible. This eliminates isolated grievances and competitive sabotage.
Any company that finds itself in our database can submit a formal response — with documents. A concordat that ended. A debt that was paid. A judgment that was appealed. If verified, a green badge appears alongside the report. Both sides of the story are told.
All reports are automatically archived after three years. A company's past does not follow them forever. The platform reflects the current risk landscape, not ancient history.
